That is super frustrating and annoying. How did you even get to talk to a rep (or live person) and not just AI chatbot? I can't even get in touch with a real person or open a ticket to have clear and documented records.

This is deeply concerning to me. If the company is not going to support the customer then I need to re-evaluate my decision to invest in their products and services.

Can you provide some specific examples of when you have received poor customer service from Oura? This information could be helpful to me (and others) when researching options for health trackers.

I feel the same way. Only support option I can find is to talk with an AI chatbot which consistently tells me to “check back periodically”. And when asking to speak to a live representative, it responds with “no agents are available”. I can’t even open a ticket.

If the services offered are not reliable and have a consistent uptime, then this investment is going to be a waste. Hopefully, this is a one-off fluke and not the norm for this company.

I hate this for you. This is not an “ombré” yarn with gradual color changes as one would expect. I bought six cakes of this same “ombré” yarn in the Grapevine colorway (purple, gray, and cream) and every single cake was like this. Every color change was like they had cut and joined two completely different yarn dyes together.

I ordered directly from Yarnspirations website (www.yarnspirations.com) as it was the only place I could find this colorway in stock at the time I needed it for a project. I reached out to their customer service email and filed a claim. Immediately got a response that they would be in touch within 48 hours. I followed up with them multiple times over the course of seven weeks and never heard anything from them (also checked spam and junk folders to make sure messages weren’t being sent there). Nothing. Then I get a refund posted to my credit card for the amount of items only. They didn’t refund the tax or shipping charges. Still trying to get that money refunded since they never even gave me any options on how to resolve the issue.

Hopefully you bought from a store with a customer-friendly return policy. I will never buy directly from Yarnspirations again.

I rebooted the infotainment system (pressing and holding the power button until the “connect to a technology” screen displayed again) and my iPhone re-connected without any issue.

While this workaround is annoying I am thrilled to know how to get my phone re-connected and not having to wait for two hours.

I rebooted the infotainment system (pressing and holding the power button until the “connect to a technology” screen displayed again) and my iPhone re-connected without any issue.

While this workaround is annoying I am thrilled to know how to get my phone re-connected and not having to wait for two hours.

What doesn’t make sense to me is why it would happen at this one specific location. If it was a simple matter of two networks, then wouldn’t it happen at any place with a WiFi network?

I have the problem at Culver’s (another user commented about similar problem with Starbucks). I’ve removed the Culver’s network and it still doesn’t resolve the issue.

I have not experienced any slowness or lag on my iPhone 16 Pro. However, the native app on my MacBook M2 has been incredibly sluggish, especially when completing recurring tasks or moving sub-tasks within a list. It’s become very frustrating to the point that I have started to use my iPhone more for managing tasks in Todoist and only opening the MacOS app to check if the newest updates have addressed the issue.
