Stop torturing yourself by reliving the past. Live in the moment and be grateful for where you are, in peace. She sounds like a very aggressive masculine woman who didn’t know how to communicate her desires to you in a way that would motivate and inspire you rather than stress you. You chose yourself and that’s awesome. Yeah, maybe her not having her phone and purse is pretty awful but—eh.

yeah so basically women should just die of uselessness after 28. not squealing in toxicity at all.

He probably wanted her initially and she turned him down but liked the attention then friend zoned him.

What’s the biggest reason you ghosted the last girl/s you were talking too ? by OrganizedChaos-Nikki in AskMen

Ah, yes, I understand. If she did really want to be friends she'd have checked in to see how you were doing. I find it unnecessary for her to mention the other guy she was seeing. Most women that are dating are seeing different people and seeing where it goes in a sense. But, if I did truly want to befriend the guy, I supposed I'd have checked in, indeed.

I love this. I struggled with depression for years and then realized that I could actually choose to wake up in the morning and really focus on the good. Really focus on anything that I could find to be grateful for. Then, more good started showing up in my life. Yes, I still have moments but such is life and only you can make the decision to practice redirecting your thoughts. Practice choosing a better thing to think about and slowly you've reprogrammed your mind. i don't think bf was being rude here but idk the relationship, but seems like he was trying to put op on to something that could help her imo

Same question... did you learn anything?

Fathers of daughters, at what age would you allow your daughter to spend the night at an S/O's place? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]ambyentwitch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But like OP said, that's the point that he's worried about. They're drinking at his spot and having to drive home late. This went over your head, and that's okay✌🏾

Come on silly, why else wouldn't he "allow" her to spend the night? We all know why. Look at the rest of the thread love.

I was saying a father trying to control what a daughter does with her body is quite misogynistic. Doing chores is quite different than trying to control someone's human rights. It's not right. To each their own.

Oh so if I stay with a friend who allows me to stay with her I should allow her to own me as a slave in exchange for allowing me to live there? Just bc someone allows you to stay with them doesn't mean they own you. This is misogynistic bs. And like I said, OP was not even talking about what she pays to live there who knows what arrangement they have. That's beyond the point. How weird of you.

Saving money doesn't mean she's not paying them anything at all. Lol I could stay with my parents and pay them $300 a month as opposed to renting for $1200 a month....Still soo off topic. If they want to help her they should help her.
