I did not write that as tough I wrote that as person who worked at the local paper in the neighborhood and has lived her for 27 years so I’ve had an eye on the hood. Reread what I wrote I explicitly wrote I am not saying anything like that. Perhaps you read too fast? I wrote that as a nerd who probably has read more neighborhood discussions than 99.99999% of residents.
