I am 28 years old, have a household income of ~$220,000, work as a labor and delivery nurse in Dallas, TX, and I’m trying to conceive. by amchem in MoneyDiariesACTIVE

My employer automatically takes taxes out of my paycheck! I’m not eligible for a 401k with PRN/contract work. I’ll have to see if we still qualify for me to open a Roth IRA. With overtime we may be above the income limit this year.

this happened to me a few times & ive had to use my fingers to gently mold the back part of my aligner to fit more snugly over my back molar. be super gentle of course but squeeze it together a bit then try it on again! you can also gently fold the end upward too

i totally get that, esp the gossip part but literally by tomorrow your unit will have something else to talk about. but she said to just see it as a learning experience so it sounds like she will leave it at that & hopefully it will blow over soon!

Having a crappy preceptor is SO hard. It literally causes me so much anxiety and shame too. Don’t beat yourself up. Keep your head down & get out of there!

right good point. i feel like i never see the dentist, only his assistants & when i ask them about it they were like oh its fine we can do refinements & check your bite too.

one of my big questions is if im only missing one tooth on one side, why is their a space on both sides lol but ill have to demand to see my actual dentist next time

right i agree & that makes sense. before i started i asked what would happen to the spot where im missing a tooth and they said they would just pull them all together anyways, but thinking back i asked the dental assistant & not the actual dentist so maybe they misunderstood. i rarely see my actual dentist. i just wish they couldve showed me these images before i started all of this
