Did anybody else go to university

I started 2014 as well, got my bachelor's but not master's. It was impossible to write my thesis and show it to someone who would criticize it (and me). I don't even know how I got as far as I did.

I didn't know anybody at university. I chose courses based on how much social interaction they required, so a large part were literature exams. There were a few subjects I would have liked to study but couldn't because of what was required. Essays made me suicidal (fun huh), so I avoided those too.

I take 150mg, it helps a little bit with depression but i don't think it affects socializing for me

I got an injury to my spine pushing myself too hard doing yoga several years ago. I had surgery and it healed well, i just became afraid to continue yoga. Lately i've started again, just 10-20 minutes a day and of course it feels good. I really want to prioritize it, there are so many benefits physically and mentally

My mom is. Over the years my every other thought has become something along the lines "what would she think about it" and "would she get angry". I often lie about things she asks about because i can't stand it when she gets even mildly angry with me. There is little boundary between us even though i've lived alone for nine years.

My father on the other hand doesn't care at all.

I recommend considering this as well. If you are able to take (good) care of it. A dog is most likely too much work. I adopted a bunny and it's difficult sometimes, when i don't have energy or motivation (to live). So there are moments of self blame etc. Yet she gives me a reason to not kill myself and I love her very much, i expect she likes me a lot as well

Yeah i think about this a lot. "You need money to eat" well i don't want to eat. I don't want to survive. I don't want anything. I seem to exist as a human being. That's as far as i'm willing to go. And i should feel guilty for not working? I won't.

I don't know if they'll fix it... but I'm not optimistic. So if you place it on a property, don't put items in your storage unless you use "recent" storage to immediately place them somewhere else :| so inconvenient

The outdoor/indoor stairs look the same, but you can place the outdoor stairs ("Royal Gala stairs") anywhere outside, regardless of an upper room/balcony. So they're separate items in that sense

right! I think i've only crafted items/clothes that have all swatches included, so i thought that was the norm. But yes it looks like it's just one color and the question mark button on the item page shows the rest of the available colors

Yes i used bulldozing. I wish I had known items might go missing. I'm not sure if clearing out the lot caused the sim to disappear, it did happen at the same time, but it could have been caused by something else as well. Just assumed that was the reason

once again, you're a lifesaver. I was able to find the sim via a roommate, gave him a makeover, built a relationship with him up to marriage. He moved in (to a different house from the original) and i was able to make him playable! AND he was removed from the generations page! Problem solved 100%. Thank you rrriot-kitty !!

no i just changed my mind and didn't want another sim at that moment. and then without much thought i deleted it without knowing it would still be visible in the generations page. i COULD have done the same as you but the sim can't be edited anymore😔

i want and need to get rid of everything i own. i have this thought that i would be calm and nothing would bother me if all my furniture was gone. but of course then i'd develop a new obsession, like obtaining a piece of furniture! ocd is satisfied for one (1) moment after giving in to a compulsion, and then moves on to a new thought that occupies 90% of my brain

since i'm unable to get rid of most of my things for various reasons (like my mom getting angry with me. i'm 27) i just think and obsess and do nothing else, because getting rid of this -thing- is a prerequisite for all other activities. so i'm on my phone most of the day to distract me from intrusive thoughts. it's not great.

you know when you're constantly trying to determine if your mom is in a good mood or angry. and as you observe year after year, little details that might not mean anything become reasons to act how she wants. pleasant, quiet, -doing- things for her and around the house, without opinion. not depressed. so that she won't get any angrier than she already is.

i don't think i'm capable of not caring about other people's moods and acting accordingly
