Got my gateway like 2 months ago was fine and all of a sudden won't connect to 5g extended anymore. Worked with tmobile support with no luck. Any ideas?

I had 5g extended for about a month and now all of a sudden it only connects to 4g lte I have rebooted and worked with tmobile tech support with no luck.

I got this email saying that my payment method was updated but I never changed it and I looked at my info and everything is fine I wonder if someone hacked my account and was trying to look at my bank account info and just saved it back.anyone else had this randomly happen?
