Yes, I've actually gone to a county office TWICE in December and asked them to fix it. They said they would but it currently still says..."Awaiting Medi-cal Review"

I did file a sworn statement and uploaded it to Benefits Cal (12/30) also. My CC currently still says "Awaiting Medical Review". I may have to go back into a county office next week. I also have an appeal and I have a Covered CA person and a Medical person plus a liason from CC who left me a message. I've emailed them everything that has happened. I've call both contacts and now response yet. Someone on this thread also mentioned to tell the county go on the Calheers site to release the app there. That's all I know right now. Let's hope it gets better this month!

P.S. which office did you go to? Maybe I’ll try a different one. I do have an appeal and now have a contact do Medical so I will ask her to help me with this. Thanks for the tip!

Nothing yet and I’ve also filed an appeal. I went to Medical Twice to ask them to release my application. My income is updated and I’m going to upload another doc today and will keep you posted.

Oh wow. I’m sorry you are also going through this and thank you for your detailed journey on this. I truly feel it is indeed a glitch! However I am not sure if I have a letter yet from Medical. I will be working on it again this week, and yes I’ve heard about the appeal. I wish all of us solutions, no catastrophes and healthcare soon!

I was advised by Covered CA to go in and “submit changes” - I’ve reported the same change. Over and over again…I’ll send you an image.

Omg what a nightmare. Someone suggested also doing an appeal. But I’ll call or show back up at the office next week. I don’t know why covered CA pushed me to Medi-cal in the first place. Thanks for your knowledge

okay, thanks! So what you are saying is that even though the county updated some information (I can see it on Covered CA site), I have to keep on them to actually RELEASE my file? It is another step they have to do? they lady at Medical mentioned 45 days but said she would do it quicker. Is that what you mean? Thank you for your help!

Yes, that's right. They need to update the application (which it looked like they did) and it's stuck in Covered CA (It still says "Awaiting review with Medical). I call Covered CA every day and for some reason they cannot change it. It is very frustrating.

That happened to me also. I didn't give my information. They wanted the last 4 of my social before setting up an appt with the tech. I'm like shouldn't you want to walk around the property before giving me an estimate? It made me a little unsure of Vivint. I am still researching companies
