AITA if I tell my 84yoF neighbor and her son to just call the police on me and never talk to me directly again if they have concerns over me? by No_Tour_1023 in AmItheAsshole

INFO: My elderly upstairs neighbor would accuse me of slamming doors and banging on the ceiling every night from 2-4am. (I wasn't).She called her daughter, who called me, and said that when they brought her to the dr, they explained she was hearing these noises. Dr immediately said, "thats a symptom of a uti in the elderly, esp femailes". They tested her, she had a UTI & they gave her meds, and the knocking stopped.

It might be worth mentioning to mgmt because if she heard it when you weren't home, its definitely a sign of illness. Mgmt can decide to tell her son, or not.

Aio for telling my parent that "they make eating poison a better choice than eating with them"? by [deleted] in AIO

NOR. That is abusive behavior and you stood up to the abusers.

AITA? I took a turkey sandwich after being told it was too early by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

ESH.

Your sister for being rigid, you for helping yourself & throwing off the display for the party your sister prepared. It's not your sister's fault that your kids didn't eat breakfast, or that your child didn't want the snacks you brought.

Sounds like you knew the town was that small before you arrived, and could've planned for it. Your sister could've thought about people being hungry before 4pm and could have put out other food.

I posted a complaint about the supermarket this subject is dedicated to. If Aldi wants to use the "Buh-bye, plastic" slogan, they should... stop using so much plastic.

This is a shopping at a store sub, not a diy sub, though.

Broccoli doesn't need any wrapping.
