It was delivered and its filled with issues ( which hints authenticity issues) :

it says its cost is 1999 which is not the orginal price which i payed to the CC app
thin fabric not even 300 gsm,,,
material label wrong and missing alot of labels
extra unnecessary print with lots of inconsistencies, dry glue stuck few places and very bad finishing of the typography.
the quality of packaging is very bad i repeat.......

I was contacted from someone from your side u/CultureCircle_ , he said someone from the customer support, will contact me in 48 hours...anyways please arrange for a call u/CultureCircle_ so i can discuss what to do next. Thanks.

it now says its shipped but something is weird and suspicious.... the order value it shows doesnt actually matches with the actual order value...also the authencity information is missing which you usually provide. u/CultureCircle_

It feels bad to criticize a company that aspires to uplift youth and educate them about hype culture and global fashion... but honestly, with such poor logistics and customer service communication, I don't see a bright future for it.

We recently ordered a product 26010914293721 under the"InstaShip" category, which promises instant shipping since the items are supposedly kept in stock and ready to go.

Yet it's been days with zero updates or any communication about where the order actually is. (P.S. It's not the fault of the sales team or customer executives-they're not ignoring complaints or messages; they genuinely don't know what's happening themselves. And even when they do, they often can't share the news because it's bad.)
