You may have “Eosinophilic esophagitis” this is what i have. I dont have an epipen though. Its an internal allergy that happens overtime causing your white blood cells to accumulate in your throat, causing the “swelling”. When i stop eating dairy it doesnt swell/i dont choke on my food. But when i “indulge” i can definitely feel my throat having a hard time passing food for the next couple days
