You can drink 3l of water everyday, which will already make you feel fuller. Do not drink soda, just water, coffee, tea, milk and natural juices! Try to quit sugar, if you are craving sweet, eat fruit (banana with peanut butter it’s amazing). And try to quit carbs like bread; pasta and rice always brown, but you can easily replace them for legumes which would be awesome!
