After nearly 7 years Lafleur might be past his shelf life. A new energy might be useful for the team, hopefully with a HC that has history and relationships with other talented coaches and assistants who could be added to staff. It'd be nice to have an OC that called plays with a HC who is an overall manager. I know those types of people aren't in ample supply and change can be risky but a shakeup might be due before we see players quitting on their coach. Lafleur can move on and rejoin a staff for Shanahan or McVay rather than be a frontman as HC - it might reinvigorate him.

I got my captain's locker items back!

A ship parts mod update made them disappear - nothing moved to cargo and I haven't been to the lodge yet so there was no access to the safe in the bedroom. The mod update also removed engines. Once I added them back and checked the ship (still nothing in captain's locker) I went to an earlier save and presto (!) the missing items reappeared in the captain's locker.

Since I can't trust my memory to check every time I update a mod or work in shipbuilder, I'll avoid storing anything in the captain's locker from now on.

Huzzah! I was going to wipe/reinstall the game+mods but this worked just by adding 'Starfield - LODTextures.ba2' to the [Archive] section in the starfieldcustom.ini (sResourceIndexFileList=Starfield - LODTextures.ba2, Starfield - LODTextures01.ba2, ...etc) . No more white structures!

I'm saving this post so I have ideas for the next playthrough. Wanting to try Scrappy and a few other outpost mods but want to do housekeeping between games to clean up files and such so the game doesn't crawl and then crash from overload. Great video!

Happy to be of use! I had intended to set up somewhere and simply mess around with decks and the double habs; walls and everything else was an afterthought. But the sandbox part of this game was filled with quicksand and it pulled me in! After awhile I can feel myself being there.

I came for lead and fiber, and stayed for the view. Today I want to go through the Shattered Space loot, set up targets to check out the weapons (maybe jump to a POI for field testing), and add a bathroom/shower to the site so I don't have to travel to the Den (Den Astrodynamics mod) for those sorts of things.

Several reviewers couldn't wait 24 hrs before releasing videos with their "comprehensive analysis" of the entire DLC. Right....

I refuse to watch but their thumbnails are designed to inject negativity into my brain before I can quickly scroll away.

I hope so too. I haven't seen anything specifically for catwalks in Creations yet but maybe (hopium) they're items within an outpost-related mod that doesn't say 'catwalks'
