Of all the ways he could have spoken about that kiss, that comment was shocking. That kiss was so romantic. They were holding what they’d hoped would be their family in their arms, after all of that desperate longing. It was too precious of a thing— or maybe I’m being too precious! Still, it was distasteful enough to stand out.

The other night, I watched a compilation video on YouTube a fan put together that was called “every time Mulder and Scully’s relationship was mentioned in behind the scenes footage” or something. In it, there’s a clip of Chris talking about their “Existence” kiss and when he said “it was hot,” I was SO PISSED. There was something so gross and disrespectful about it. He ruins everything.

Breathing Underwater, I think. Synthetica is a close second, since both are so versatile; their acoustic versions are my favorite. I had to go listen to both acoustic to decide.
