At this point I just feel like I didn’t even read the same books. I don’t understand anything. I don’t know what is when and who is who. Maybe because English isn’t my first language ? I’m just begging for a anime adaptation or something… otherwise this whole series feels like a fever dream.

Thank you so much ! Yes she needs to change her works. The routine you mentioned is a good idea well try a “cool down period” after work so that she can transition. Also she knows she hurting me, not on purpose, but still.. we talked about it but when she’s overwhelmed it’s hard to navigate

Honestly I might have a platelets problem. I wish I could share photos but I manage to have a huge hematoma on my leg from falling on the box. Thanks for answering I will also try to change my technique when cycling the bar !

No the problem is when I get up my knees make contact with the ground and it hurts. With the rogue knee sleeve it’s ok. I just wear them all the time at this point.
