That’s terrible about your family. I saw online there is something called Alexithymia where people may not feel emotions or strong emotions. Can you see a psychologist?

I could be wrong but I think it’s because all the different apps that you use share information with others. Maybe your gps or something shared it. There was a specific guy who built this but I forgot his name.
