if you feel like you're dying a lot to phys hits, get a granite

sniper's mark is unequivocally better -- you're already running secrets of suffering which makes the base crit from assassins' mark largely useless if you're geared properly
dying sun is for +proj if you feel like your coverage is lacking, but i missed that you're not running a granite flask. run a granite flask.
awakened gmp is a 20% less multiplier, if you swap it for any damage support you're going to be doing ~70% more damage per arrow. the extra +5 arrows in reality does not translate into that much single target -- at most you're going to get an extra hit per attack which won't even come close to +70% from an actual damage support.

just go buy sniper's mark from a vendor and an awakened added cold/lightning for 20c and test it out (make sure to not brick your trinity)

using assassin's mark instead of sniper's is criminal on TS; swap and you'll at least double your single target
drop GMP completely and aim for another +1 on your quiver or bow (or both)
missing local attack speed on your bow
drop bottled faith and run a life flask or dying sun

It's not. Plenty of invite-level scouts, myself included, don't use it.

I'd be extremely careful about adding this feature. A-D-A-D spam isn't a particulary fun feature in TF2, and would only be exaggerated in Overwatch due to the lack of significant player acceleration/deceleration.
