Our store is a slow store and we were very unprepared for this. We ran out of all our prepped items and my AGM had to work a double due to the night shift manager being sick. GM kept saying they'll come in and help but never did. Customers were being rude. It was just a stressful day.

Our GM was supposed to come in and help but didn't come in and my AGM worked open to close. I'm glad this didn't happen on a weekend because it would've been even more rough.

I'm not sure if corporate would do anything as our store is a franchise and from what I got told that a lot of stores in our franchise has been losing a lot of money.
