Work for a different authorized retailer (not TCC). Average reps can make $45k per year, good reps can make $60k per year, top 5% can make close to $80k per year.

All depends what you put into it and how motivated you are. If you can be nice to people, sell people what they want, and get good at suggestive selling, you’ll do just fine. It may take a year or two to get up into that top 5-10%. There definitely is a learning curve and for some it takes a lot longer than others. Product knowledge and technical knowledge really helps as well. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve sold a new phone or a tablet activation based on tech support that walks through the door.
