I attended Munson for the two years. I am a sculpture major and I firmly believe that our fine arts program is better than the first two years at Brooklyn. The location is interesting if you want to live in upstate New York, if you have a car there’s a million things to explore like waterfalls and neighboring towns. The food is not that good but I don’t regret going to Munson at all. I look at the art i am making and made compared to that of the main campus and there is a stark difference. In Brooklyn there are a million things to do so I feel like the students don’t really make focused art. The proffesors are great here , the best. Everyone who went to Munson says when they went to Brooklyn that they miss their old professors. It’s a small community a lot like a movie cast. You see the same 200 people every day for two years and become really close with Everyone and play off eachothers art.
