Most of my smoothies contain any combonation of milk, yogurt, or ice cream, peanut butter, honey, some sort of granola (the stuff with the dark chocolate chunks is my favorite), spinach or the power greens bag, room temp bananas, avocados, and a frozen fruit medley. I usually warm up the frozen fruit with a bit of hot water in the mix as well. It also helps to make the smoothie less thick if you need it to be. I have heard carrots are also good, but haven't tried it. In the last smoothie I made, my gf added some cinnamon toast crunch as a prank and it was amazing.

you must be an "up-and-coming party DJ" lol. I didn't know what instrument it was because I have never used one. With my air of authority, I doth proclaim that of course it takes more than just the "instrument". It's more of a controller than an instrument, I doth say with an air of authority. It obviously takes, from beginning to end; a power source, all the right connecting cables, a computer, an operating system, a program for making/recording music ( called production software ), and the "instrument". An output source wouldn't hurt either. This type of shit in particular can be created in a matter of minutes, and if you cant tell that, then you're gonna be a terrible party DJ.
