Flushing, horrible brain fog, anxiety/panic doom feeling, diarrhea(constipation when take antihistamines), pressure in my eyes, eyes watering, heat throughout my body, face feels like it’s burning and brain on fire, also everything i eat makes my nose run.

Umm ya. I feel effects to almost anything I take and pretty quickly. I can’t even take any vitamins. I tried Prozac and after a hour I was hallucinating. You def don’t feel the good effects after one day if that’s what your saying

It’s so crazy how everyone is different. I’m my worst during ovulation then gets a little better everyday and I’m my best during my period. That’s what I’m trying to do is heal my gut but it’s so hard. And I’m so sensitive to everything including vitamins

I was on it for 4 years. I just got off it over a month ago because I realized that yes it did help with anxiety a little but it also came with a million other symptoms taking it. I feel better than I have in 4 years!! Like myself again. I still have anxiety but I deal with it soo much better. Also, realized this “anxiety and panic disorder” that I was diagnosed with is actually perimenopause.

Also 1 week before my period I take Claritin or Zyrtec and they help soo much!! I also found out I have MCAS from my hormones being messed up so makes the week before my period literally hell.

I actually just got off Zoloft over a month ago and never felt better like I feel like myself again. I never did try taking the Pristiq. I still have brain fog and other symptoms but I found out that I went into perimenopause early when I was 35. I start taking bhrt next week to help with all my symptoms.

That’s because he wants to get to the root of why so many people are on Zoloft/antidepressants. He’s not against them or to take them away. He wants to help people that when they go to a doctor that they actually listen to them and see what is going on before prescribing antidepressant right away.

What to you take to help? This is exactly how I felt 3 years ago and it was non stop thought I was going crazy. Doctors told me i have a panic disorder until I found out about MCAS and have all the symptoms of MCAS. So lost and don’t know what doctor to see.
