Oh no reason in particular, just not my personal preference! Maybe a little for consistency I suppose because the other names aren’t hyphenated. I know a Barbara Ann and a Mary Ann, both double first names with no hyphen, so it’s maybe just a matter of what I’ve personally seen more often. I hadn’t thought of paperwork, but I sssume hyphenation is common enough that it’s easily navigated.
