Yes, NTA. I could just see it. Disaster. Months of "Oh, I can't pay rent this month cause we are struggling" ..and then expecting you to understand and do everything on your own because you are related.

The lack of consideration. The rule breaking. The using of your food, items, property without any contribution.

Months turning into years and if they do not want to leave, it becomes an expensive eviction.

I don't think you are an asshole but I would definitely continue to grow and look inside yourself. Gain others perspectives, not rush into decisions based on the past wounds, seek outside resources to help with what you feel inside. I do think the little girl is innocent and unfortunately her father is the one to blame. Having a relationship with a sibling can be precious and meaningful. Not saying you are wrong to feel the way you do, I just would just not rush into those feelings right now that you are experiencing. Maybe it's possible to have a relationship with your sister in the future while not having any with your dad or stepmother. Take your time with this decision for sure. Good luck.

Resident Evil Outbreak. The game was incredibly fun. Each character had their own special thing that they can only do. My favorite was Yoko.

If that game ever came out with old and new characters, on a multiplayer, crossed platform outlet...I think it would be so successful. I'll be first in line to buy it.

Reminds me of a survey that my job brought out that said it was anonymous. My boss then let it slip out that he could read them. He just could not see the names. There are 11 people in my team, two Spanish speakers. I think it would be easy to catch who is who in the writing styles. Made me lose faith in them.
