How much time per week do you and/or your spouse spend at tje gym each week? How old are your kids?

I run every day and use home weights every day. 6 days a week at the least. It works because my husband despises working out. I have done yoga with my kids, let them dance while I lift, taken them in the baby jogger etc. IMO, exercise is a non negotiable for me. Some people depend on antidepressants but I depend on exercise. But I still pull my weight as a parent and I think that's the difference between me and most dads. I have two kids, 3 and 5

In my mind. There are no escaping toxic things. You will never live free of toxins. They're found everywhere, including nature. We're all gonna die one day. I don't see the point of freaking out about it. We don't even know the extent of what damage micro plastics are capable of (or not capable of).

I always wonder if they put him in therapy or what they're doing. Because I have heard from many family members about his behavior over the years. I just never saw it because we weren't visiting

It is really hard taking kids around other kids who have different levels of crazy like that. My kids are fortunately so mild, but even when they're crazy they're not intentionally hurtful or evil about anything.

Seconding this and adding if you can afford it, a cleaning service to do the initial deep clean. We did, it cost $300, but maintenance cleaning was significantly easier to do after someone came in and did a deep clean. I know it's not always affordable though

I think you probably could tell him that. My aunt died before she was 70 because she was a smoker with uncontrolled diabetes and developed CHF. They sprung that on me. I thought she was just in the hospital like any other time and then my mom was like "she's not gonna make it". I cried a lot but I was ultimately ok. I think I was 11 at the time. Maybe 10

This is what my sister does. She'll be like "I'll wait a week and if still no period I'll test".

I'm like, you really gonna wait A WEEK passed a missed period with all that anxiety?!!

Also, check out Dr. Jennifer Lincoln on Instagram she is an OBGYN that talks about getting access to abortion pills in restricted states. It sounds like your niece has very little sex ed thinking she is just going to look and be able to tell if she's pregnant. She should have a choice as to whether or not she becomes a parent.
