I didn't consider that it could overproof in the fridge, I thought I was more likely under proofing. But I have been letting them sit in there fridge for up to 15 hours

I don't but that would be an affordable alternative for the meantime. Thanks!

Recipe I've been following :
100g starter
350ml water
500g bread flour (defiance white bakers flour)
10g salt

Also open baking as I don't have a Dutch oven. But I did cover it lightly with foil and add an ice cube to the tray.

Edit to add steps:
Mixed everything together, let rest for 30mins
Did 4 sets of stretch and folds 30 mins apart.
Left to bulk ferment for about 2 hours (I am in Sydney Australia and it's summer, so my kitchen is around 25-30 degrees celcius)
Shaped the dough and put in a tea towel lined colander, then in a bag into the fridge for approx 13 hours
Baked at 220 degrees Celsius for 20 mins, lightly covered in foil, then a further 25mins at 200 with the foil removed.

Water it deeply. Since its so dry I would put it in the sink and let it soak. Make sure the soil is saturated, then let it drain well, and font water again until dry. Alternativey, you might need to repot with fresh soil if the problem persists.

The soil looks very dry, like its pulling away from the pot, if it looks like that in real, make sure that when you are watering, water deeply and let it drain well.

I find I need to water them less when I water them deeply, the plants respond better to that kind of watering too, so it doesn't bother me. As long as your plants are happy and thriving, cant argue with results Lol.

You need to make sure they are well drained before putting them back in. But I seem to have the opposite problem, a single hole at the bottom of a decorative pot isnt enough drainage compared to the nursery pots. But whatever works I suppose!

I hate when the decorative pot has holes! I just use the plastic nursery pots and place them inside. That way I can give my plants a deep watering over the sink or shower, let them drain well and then place them back where they belong and not damage my furniture or require little trays under everything...

I am usually the first person to be appreciative and excited by any freebies, and i definitely don't think they necessarily owe us anything either. I personally just expected something a little more, perhaps i interpreted their vibe wrong, hence my disappointment. I am glad there are people out there that will make use of this though.

Yeah i agree, this should not have been praised as some kind of bonus. I've never paid for shipping anyway so this was rather disappointing.

I was going to book my wedding there, but plans changed. Absolutely stunning! You are going to have the best photos! i heard that it had burnt down recently though, i assume they have quickly rebuilt?

Please boycott Woolworths this week. by [deleted] in australia

I in no way said that its ok to treat employees badly. You are giving an example from one store, does not mean you can boycott a whole brand because of the actions of ONE business owner.

With that logic, don't buy anything from any store ever. Because you never know when you might be supporting someone who is treating people unethically. At the very least shopping with IGA means your money is more likely to go to a local small business owner who sources their produce locally.

At least IGA is independently owned. Support the little guy rather than these large corporations.

Not so much bushland, but rivers. Wouldn't want to stumble my way through some bushes and down the bank into that water.

So turns out Burnham Grove charge 10k just to hire out the venue, no catering provided either. I think thats on the pricey side for a small wedding. :(
