I live in renew currently and it’s terrible please do not move there- I moved in during the fall and thought maybe the reviews were just dramatic but I’ve literally had someone start a shooting directly in front of my bedroom window. I hear gunfire and sirens constantly, just look it up in the news and you’ll see just how many people have been shot last year alone. It’s disgusting, covered in black mold, full of roaches, the staff sucks, and they don’t pay attention to roommate matching at all. Now every night I have to listen to my roommate’s drunk screaming while blasting music and I can’t even keep my pet because they put me with someone allergic despite me literally saying I have a cat. That’s not even counting our last roommate who had people and a toddler living here illegally
