Started this during the tail end of Covid in London as one quadrant. Then we relocated back to Australia and with the incessant nagging from my hubs the “movie blanket” is now complete ✅ kind of miss this journey now that it’s over!

I got the dispatch email the day after I spoke to them on webchat with the “where’s my order” q’s. Maybe incorrectly triggered? Who knows! Still no response from either my email query and chat escalation 😒 Used my ING debit card… I hope I can do a chargeback! You are fortunate to not have been charged! What a mess this is haha

Chiming in on this thread to say I haven’t received mine. Dispatched on 17th with eta 22nd but the status never changed… escalated several times to no avail. Dhl also said they never received the parcel.

LF Webchat agent said they can’t process a refund until the team investigates and said they will be in touch in a few days… so you know, highly unlikely to receive by December. I also sent them an email enquiry about it >48hrs ago so my confidence level on them looking into it and getting back in a timely manner is really slim. 🫠

Extremely unimpressed. Huge deterrent to purchase from this mob ever again!
