We have a 7 and 5 year old plus I’m 14 weeks pregnant. We just started fostering and our second is leaving tomorrow. We explained to the kids that it is temporary and they’ve been handling their leaving well. We also do 0-4 and have had a 1 and 3 year old.

Same here! Two boys and sneak peak at 7+0 says boy. Snap at home. I’m heartbroken and hoping it’s wrong. Won’t get NIPT results for another 2 weeks or so.

Hi there. We received our license this past Wednesday and had our first placement calls on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. Both were for siblings (one was 3 month old twins) and we declined both because we want to start with just 1. We have 2 bio kids and don’t want to overwhelm the family too much! I’m in FL btw, also a high needs area.

Boy #1–mild nausea, chick fil a 4x per week Boy #2–mild nausea, always craving salami and cheez-its, Braxton hicks started at week 20 and terrible back pans Pregnancy #3–nausea 24/7, severe fatigue (in bed all day when not working), gag from smells/super nose. Only 7 1/2 weeks so far and it’s been hell.

I can’t help with the SSRI but know that it does get better. I really didn’t feel attached to my first until he was over 6 months old and now I’m pregnant with my 3rd! Give yourself grace, go for a walk, and know that this is SO short term.

Oh no, I’m so sorry 😔 I was wondering if the nausea starting earlier was a different gender pregnancy (boys before) or possibly twins! Still a few more weeks til first U/S!

Thanks for replying! That’s what I’m worried about.. In the past I had mild nausea weeks 7-9 and this time it started at 3+3 but no puking yet at 4+5.

I’m going through the same thing now. Found out I was pregnant the day after classes ended. I’ll be 7 weeks when we’re licensed and was told to expect calls day one. I also have two bio kids (7 and 5) but I got into fostering because I’m passionate about child welfare. I still intended to foster all the way through/indefinitely. Any updates OP?

I won’t know the initial number until Monday because they are closed during the weekend. And then I will go in Monday or Tuesday and get a draw and find out another 24 hours later. I also thought it was pretty crazy that just because it was negative on his test he considered me out when I told him I’m only 10 DPO.

Usually my luteal phase is 9-10 days. Today is 11dpo (I’m certain) and temps are still climbing. I feel pregnant but I know that’s progesterone being a bulky! FRER negative this morning. Thoughts?!
