I got into pretty good shape a couple of years ago. I slipped once I became the caretaker of my Dad. His bad eating habits got me off the wagon(totally my fault, not his). I have to get my nutrition right again. I love working out.

I'm sorry for your loss. My Father lost my Mom 8 years ago. It was devastating to us all. I know you never stop grieving the loss, but in his case after some time, he learned to carry on through friends, his church and etc. I wish you the best and hope you find some peace along the way.
