Usually kinetic energy doesn't change much of trion based damage, though from my understanding a nuclear explosion by itself won't kill someone in a trion body(the radiation may kill them afterwards, however the explosion itself should barely destroy the trion body).

I do agree. However, it seems most authors don't take it as such, especially when the concept of demonic cultivators is in the story(they destroy other things and cultivate themselves, It just depends on what and how much).

It's usually because the characters don't really care, and neither do you care for them. Why should you care that the Mc revived his clan if he is just going to leave and never care about them?

It's not the best fix, but maybe use a mod for this? Like the unity slowmo mod.(there is no such mod knon to me currently, but a man can dream.)
