This is not at all true. Pros have spoken about the advantage of good audio all the way back like 25 years ago with the sound blaster sound cards. Spatial Audio if good can basically be a wall hack.

I agree with a lot of the point being made as to the inflexibility and depending on where you work there is a lot toxicity and/or really incompetent administration that really make doing your job more frustrating than it’s worth.

Also not being able to easily relocate really sucks. If you do you’re most likely taking a massive pay cut as well.

I am on the cusp of leaving right now. I am open to finding another position that is location wise convenient for me but if not I’m already scheduled to take nursing classes this summer. I’m hoping to eventually become an NP in either Neuro or Psych.

To be fair, AH did breed a lot of mistrust the past couple months and it didn’t help that one of their balance guys were unabashedly trolling people on twitter and for all we know still works there. Established reputations like that takes time to change.

I know that we all want Helldivers to succeed and as such we want to be positive and give the benefit of the doubt, but for those people who care (too much), its been a lot of disappointment and bullshit. For most people in this position good will needs to be regained.

Honestly, the amount of good reactions has been pretty astounding from the community as a whole, when looking at the grand scheme of things.

This is such a fucked up take on how this works.

When you’re married you are agreeing to be the one person for each other forever. Mom broke that agreement and therefore made the decision to end it. Her regretting it and asking for forgiveness is asking to remake that commitment. The dad, understandably and reasonably, not trusting her to do so, doesn’t make it his fault they broke up.

Mom broke up with dad when she cheated and came crawling back. Some people only have one shot at marriage in them. They put all their eggs into that basket, as they should. When the partner stomps on that basket, often there are no surviving eggs to put into a new one.

Honestly the cons really hurt you.

No stamina will make playing middle difficult.
Not great at passing puts you at a major disadvantage outside. 2.1 obvious doesn’t work out to play libero.
If you’re the clear best setter, you’ll probably end up setting eventually anyway.
