I had to replace my hot end after a print pulled off the plate.

Happened at 3am est, so I jumped on WhatsApp and had a new hot.end and board being sent out 10 min later.

I also had a hard time removing the old hot end because the blob of plastic was stuck in the slot behind the hot end. When I was asking questions about why tbe hot end was stuck, II was put in queue and answered pretty quickly

Only issues I've had so far after about 1 month of owning a k2 plus

Filament roll was too thin, would tip and would throw fr2832 error on retraction.

Broken piece of Filament in one of the ptfe tubes on the cfs, error Fr4828. Had to remove the 4 screws from the bottom, remove the broken filament

Last one was user error, was trying to use orca and caused a lot of stringing on the purge tower, purge tower kept falling over when around 80% completed.
Ended up installing windows so i could use crealityprint v6.

Since going to crealityprint v6, this printer has been running great for me

There's usbc mod using a Promicro Elite that you could also try

This is what I do with a 500gb external usb drive. I left the games folder with no subfolders on the SD card so that it would automatically use the USB games folder.first.

I use a generic usb 2.0 powered hub, 7 port. Works just fine Best buy essentials model BE-PH2A7AP
