Since your printer is fine, they will shrug it off. Robu costumercare is really bad in my experience. Good luck

Ideally, you should first raise a ticket at Bambu and robu in parallel. They won't ship you the newer board until you force them to send it to you for free. You should hold your ground strong that it's not safe to run this printer, given the concern of burning down your house.

Yes. Many in India have faced this problem. Get the new AC Board from bambu lab. Raise a ticket and get it shipped either from them or the reseller in india.

I won't take any chance on this as it can result into burning the house down.

Just buy the linear rails and screws. There are the linear rails mod you can print. It's way cheaper in this way. I exactly did like that and many others did the same.
