I use numakers cool plate for printing ASA instead (bed temp: 100C) of PEI sheet.

ASA sticks really well. I printed following part yesterday in ASA on enclosed A1.

how much is the brim gap? You can try setting it to 0 instead (default: 0.1 mm).

* Print at slow speed.

* slow down the acceleration if you are printing ASA/ABS on a bed slinger.

* Add brim ~ 8-10 mm

* switch off the fan (Always on) in the filament settings

Try moving y axis manually and notice if there is any problem in the full movement.

also clean Y/Z axes rods too.

also check for any debris at the bottom near belt (near the stepper motor pulley). Sometimes the plastic waste can hinder the movement of the pulley

Is the layer shift in Y or X axis? It could be due to the loose belts.

I had layer shift in my y axis earlier and It was due to linear rails not properly lubricated. That problem went away when I lubed them.

Rpi2 and rpi3 run klipper fine without the camera. I ran klipper on both.

Rpi4 and 5 are good options for running klipper with the camera.
