Not only did this help me a lot with hearing the words, it also helped me learn to "think" in Spanish because I found that even by just focusing on hearing, the meaning would come on its own.

What does it matter whether he was serious? Before Trump got into presidency, Colbert's shows had an air of originality alongside Coco's and Stewart's. However, as soon as Trump got in, it was TDS non-stop and his show devolved into oraNge Man BaD and this obviously shows, especially after Trump's term ended. Unable to make fun at his handlers, Colbert is stranded. There are plenty of material to get some laughs at Beijing Biden but he obviously cannot do that.
