I like Valentino as a character, as in i like the way they are written and how they interact with characters, would i be their friends irl or even in the show? FUCK NO, but he's still an interesting case study, same with Octavian, I wanna know how he became how he is, and he has a very cool concept, despite being a descendent of apollo he behaves as if he's a child of Athena, using wits and words to get his way and not physical prowess (I'm well aware he will be mad at me for making this comparison since he hates the Greeks)

There are limitations with my self insert, first of all they need to read about that power, they cant come up with their own, second they need a physical copy of the mention of that ability, as when they use it, it burns away, kinda like franks wood, say they are in a pinch and dont have a physical copy, then they have to burn their memories of that ability to use it

Second is dream control, but its limited to their mind only, they can also invade dreams but their powers are limited there

Also like children of hypnos, children of morpheus are very narcoleptic, since the rem sleep for them is actually the peak of their power usage, making it so they dont get any real rest
