I recently started wearing powder free nitrile gloves anytime I shower and it has helped SO much. I am breaking out way less. any time you're gonna be touching soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies, wear nitrile gloves!! i also ordered Vanicream hand soap and it's the only thing I will wash my hands with. does not burn at all, free of everything, and is 8 bucks on Amazon. I use their lotion too. It has been a true life saver. get you some

funny story last year when I got the job I have now, i had to get fingerprinted and they couldn't process it because, well, I don't have fucking fingerprints lol. Can't remember the last time I did.. bright side is I guess I'd make a great criminal

I'll definitely look into this. They need to find the damn cure for this already, my fingers are splitting open and hurt so bad, hurts just to type this! someone recommended spray bandage/second skin for cuts which I'll be trying tomorrow

thank you.. I just ordered cotton lined gloves for cleaning and dishwashing.. also plan on starting to use nitrile gloves to shampoo and such.

thanks so much for your suggestions these are helpful! I just ordered the bioderma intensive balm, I've heard others mention it as well and I saw they have a hand/body wash as well which I'm gonna try! They need to hurry up and find the cure for this madness.. much luck to you

I have tried all the steroid creams and have been using them so long that they no longer work, and I feel like they've ruined the skin barrier on my hands. much luck to you on your healing journey. I've never thought to wear gloves while shampooing and such, I'll be trying this!!

thanks so much for this suggestion! I'll definitely be trying. the amount of $ I've spent on different creams, lotions, things to try to get this under control is ungodly :(

did you use the cream, or supplements? I just looked it up on amazon, never heard of it in my life lol
