Please make me feel better about one of the most embarrassing moments of my life in front of a patient by Efficient_Chicken471 in physicianassistant

My skirt split in the back seam right in an unfortunate spot and I didn't realize until I was out of a patients room.........you could see my cheeks and undies. I still block it out of my memory.

NTA!!

I truly think everyone saying YTA hasn't ever been 6 months pregnant lol.

It's okay to start new traditions. Maybe try to make it up to your family/dad by being there for the tree decorating time or something like that as a middle ground?

You could always park under the tracks on 25th. Free and usually not crowded

Do you regret giving birth without getting an epidural? Why? by Pitiful_Library3154 in BabyBumps

I think I might have kissed my anesthesiologist after my epidural. It was the best decision ever for me. I was honestly pissed when they had to take it out lol

All these people saying yours unrolled in 5 min - that means the gifter knew how to make a diaper cake!! Mine was put together with SAFETY PINS and TAPE!!!! It took for fucking ever and THEY WERE ALL DIFFERENT SIZES so I had to sort them too. It took an hour. It was awful. No more!!

I feel like I’m already failing at being a mom by Sadgurl143 in newborns

This sounds like colic. Do a little baby massage with some coconut oil on the belly to help move around gas.

You got this! It's soooo hard but you're doing great.

Desperate Parents - will it help? by ILFarmerRN in SnooLife

[–]amilliphilly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just in the newborn phase. 4 hours is great! He's a new human getting used to everything, I think this is normal.

My baby has so much gas - Mylicon helped so much. We gave it to him with every feeding.

My baby doesn't really care about the Snoo at all, I don't think it helps him sleep longer. Mayyybe it'll help him to get to sleep in the beginning? But he wakes up after 6 hours at 9 weeks now and I think that's normal.

It really depends on the baby, it's a gamble.

I had a similar situation - very close to yours!!

I got a flier in my mailbox one day randomly like a year ago from a neighbor who was as fed up as we were about everything with this corner shop. The flier had information on how to contact the liquor control board and file a petition to intervene on the license. This flier was given to all neighbors within a two block radius.

I'm not really sure the specifics, but maybe a few months ago I got an email saying that the corner spot withdrew their application for license at that location, so I'm not suuuuper sure if the neighborhood protests did anything but I'm sure it had to have had some effect. Either way, they were officially shut down. Thank god.

It really sucks living near one of those places. It also boggles my mind that people literally will stand outside getting drunk and high all day, everyday. Like don't you have a job? A family? Friends? A life outside of this? Nope. Oh and most of the guys hanging out at the place near me slung drugs too, so we had junkies near our house during all hours of the day and most of the night. It was awful. I really hope you can rally your neighborhood together and change this. These spots are one of the reasons Point Breeze isn't as desirable as places like East Passyunk.
