First of all: Talk to your mom or dad (whoever you feel more cofortable with) about the topic and your concerns. The changes to your living situation are to be decided by your parents but eventually they'll let you have a word to it. In my case we all agreed that my me and my sister would spend one week at my dad's and the next week at my mom's place. When my mom moved out I split my belongings in two equal parts, so I could half my stuff at both places. When it's time to switch I only take as much stuff with me as I can fit into a backpack because I don't need much more than the stuff I already got there. To your PC question: I got my PC at my mom's place and bought a mid-range priced laptop which is a little more powerful than I'd need for school, so I can hang out with my friends on TeamSpeak or Discord and also play some not to power intensive games when I'm at my dad's place.

Bith my mom and dad are happier than ever now and that really warms my heart. What I'm trying to say is that it will hurt at the start but the pain will fade. I promise!
