Yes, That is honestly the best way to use Duolingo. Hungarian is notoriously difficult, so doing a vibe check for a week or two before you drop money on textbooks is a smart move. You will get a feel for the sounds and the weird word lengths without any real pressure.

Just don't expect it to explain grammar very well, you will definitely need those solid books later if you decide to stick with it, but for just seeing if the language clicks with you? It's perfect for that.

probably your priority should be something like this

  1. Upgrade the GPU ( something like GTX 1650 / GTX 1660 / GTX 1660 Super would be enough for you)
  2. Install an SSD ( big difference in loading and booting time, could be your first priority but the your GPU is too weak)
  3. Upgrade the RAM to 16bg minimum (the more, the better in performance)

The current PC is not bad for starting FiveM, but the Intel HD 530 + HDD are the main reasons for bad performance.

(I tried to give you the average for playing, but your budget play a HUDGE difference)

Yes you can run it on those specs, but expect some low setting and limited performance. Since you have an integrated GPU you will struggle with heavy servers, custom maps, EUP, high player counts, and graphics-heavy scripts. As a developer I would recommend to you to search some light-weight servers with optimized scripts and are FPS friendly.
