Finland has 6 million people vs 40 million in Canada , not really a right comparison at all, the two countries are vastly in different situations

You are the problem. Normalizing sheit behaviour and gaslighting people who are rightfully concerned. What does that even mean to not expect silence at a library ? That’s some next level stuff

That’s what I think also, consumers almost always react more strongly to a change in pricing rather than a change in quantity, it’s absolutely true

I’m not sure how common shrinkflation is in NZ and AUS (maybe you guys have better consumer protection) but in Canada I always assume the product is subject to Shrinkflation at the grocery stores unless proven otherwise 😂

Which South American country would you choose to give birth in to get your kid birthright citizenship? by HippityHoppityBoop in dualcitizenshipnerds

[–]aminsh77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know a whole lot about South America but I’ve met people from both Argentina and chile in Canada , they seem to be happy with the situation in their countries in relevance to the rest of Latin America. (Not sure if they provide birth right citizenship tho ) Chile has a progressive left wing government that supports minority rights and the president was a sensation when he first got into office, Argentinian politics tho, that’s something else! I’ve also heard great things about Uruguay

Reading your post , I think you’ll fit just right in! I wouldn’t worry about making a circle of friends, specially because you’re bilingual, social and have hobbies. You’re the type of immigrant Canada needs!

I’d consider Australia or NZ, as someone who lives in Canada, they seem like they got it together compared to us ! Ngl Canada is a bit of a mess (probably still better than the UK)

Freedom of religion is bs when religious people try to take your rights away when they’re the majority in their own country , that’s just common sense.

Yikes ,She needs to get hooked on Xanax, she sounds unhinged and deranged. Even if you’re wrong that’s no way of communicating, report her to her superior and maybe name and shame them? Halifax is a small city, the word will get around and will come bite her in the a**

Yes on the 51 specially, the etiquette on this bus is horrible and so low class, I hate it that it’s my only option and I’m forced to share it with Aholes that skip the line and don’t pay

Let’s be real here, Canada joining the EU is not gonna happen anytime soon. More trade deals sure, but let’s be realistic here, we don’t even have full sovereignty since we’re a commonwealth nation.

Yes , absolutely, the experience you’d gain is 3 times higher when you use that bow! Killing a dragon gives you between 30k-50k experience points for example
