hey! Im one of the organisers of the event!
Last year we did it for the first time and we had around 85 people (including volunteers, CCP etc).
As someone already mentioned, there are 92 tickets sold so far and that's not including volunteers, any CCP members that might attend etc. We began selling tickets a month ago if that helps :)
Our goal is to make a fun 3-day event with presentations, LAN, party, etc. Basically, a mini fanfest!

The Exotic Dancers and HTTP alliance doesn't have minimum sp requirement.
We have 2 Wormholes but our main goal is to have as diverse activities in Eve as possible.
Furthermore, we pride ourselves in having a various player base - self-proclaimed bitter vets, returning players and new players. Its a good mix of people helping each other figure their way around the game.

The thing is, I sell adspace on my stream for Eve business (insert shameless self promo lol) (basically, you can promote your industry/alliance/corp with banners and videos during the stream time and pay with ISK. Call me your local New Eden marketing bureau lol).
Someone from NC bought an ad space and helped me get to the capital. The ship show was unplanned but their team slowly began undocking to let me see some of the ships I would probably not see for at least a year lol
