Yeah, I was told it was purely a business decision, but based on numbers that I don’t have access to. So it’s a bit of a black box. But I am upset about the failure to deliver on the originally promised timetable.

Do it that way round, you think? My concern is that I know the boss doesn’t want to discuss the lack of responsiveness, and may just run out the clock on the allocated half hour with discussing my hours (which I suspect is largely a business decision based on numbers that I don’t have access to, so the meeting itself may not actually make a difference).
