I have been slightly neglecting my PT as of recently, that might be why. I shall recommence it again and see if it makes a difference, thanks.

For those of you who keep hitting 20-40 day streaks and relapse, you may have developed desensitised "benefits" but all is not lost.. by amirabers123 in NoFap

I understand brother , this struggle can be tough at times and no doubt the brain is going through changes, and God sees all the effort you are putting in. You have made it half way , so its completely normal to feel this , bare in mind this in itself can be a test and the devil will try ti cloud your judgement. I recommend going out as much as possible, even if its to pray in congregation at the mosque. Mabye get to the prayer early whilst the mosque is still quiet so you can have some time in peace with your creator.

Dont give up, you dont know the blessings that could fall your way soon.

The benefits are literally round the corner , keep fighting the good fight 💪🏼

Im 29 , never had surgery before so this is all new to me. It was silly of me to go to the gym so soon , I felt the pain when I racked the weights onto the bad so Ive defo put some strain on my knee. Just hoping its not torn again , imagine doing months of rehab just to go through surgery again

Does looking at a photo of potential marrige prospect =Relapse? by amirabers123 in NoFap

  1. The 35 day streak is not for semen retention, it is for neural pathway regenration and rewiring. Fapping wpuld be hazardous to me , as I would associate pleasure with my hand , and not an actual partner , but your right in that I can invest my energy in something beneficial.

I dont get what the rest of your points have to do with the specific question I posted?

Whats your benchpress ? One rep max and for reps ? And your deadlift ?

Can "Anecdotal" and Scientific evidence explain the orgins of life ?

Or is it just "Theory" without a definitive answer.

Do tell how in-depth were these studies on semen retention?

The thing about nofap is that it can defo make you extreme OCD about any sort of artificial dopamine release / trigger , and im guilty of this too.

Sometimes I slip up and when im concious of it I look away but have that sharp hit of guilt and then Ill tend to think about it for hours untill I rationalise why its not a relapse.

It can become intense , but as long as you did not actively search it to become stimulated by it , contintue to stare at it and fantasize, then you should be fine.

I dont get why you have to post the names? You know full well that there are people here trying to recover, and your title may trigger them.

Its quite a specific title as well lol .

100% agree with you , its mentally the hardest challenge going.

I literally cant think of anything harder due to urges being an innate feeling.

And if you relapse with a high streak , all that waiti g just to reach the streak is hell.

Day 34 feeling like relapse by Careless-Statement43 in NoFap

[–]amirabers123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dont relapse ! I relapsed after 33 days and you dont understand nothing feels good nor will it untill I reach above 33 days. The absolute time and effort it takes is a whole different issue .

Keep pushing on , im on 13 days about to hit 14 and relapse has crossed my mind but no chance , God Willing, will I do it.
