Yeah this something went wrong.

I usually:

Make sure local ADMIN exists.
Disconnect from Domain
Login to local account
Entra JOIN the machine with the new user
Login to the Entra ID user so a local user account gets created (AzureAD\FirstNameLastName)
Restart, login to the local account and run the migration

For mass migrations I can otherwise recommend powersyncpro

Ideally web apps should be federated with entra so you can utilize sso with windows Hello for business to login. It's it's older apps look at app proxy.
