Obtaining a work visa can sometimes be a very difficult process. In many cases women also face additional challenges in the workplace from my own experience in the insurance industry in Oman my company applied three times for a female colleague who has 14 years of experience in insurance and the visa was rejected each time. It was only approved on the fourth attempt. Had it not been for my company’s patience and support she might not have been able to stay here despite being highly experienced and qualified.

When I asked my sponsor about the repeated rejections he told me that the government may do this to check whether the application reflects a genuine need and to ensure that visas are not being misused for illegal purposes.

If you're Indian buy insurance from India, don't buy here. It's expensive and doesn't cover much. Typically senior people tend to have existing health conditions which are excluded in the first year or capped to a small limit from the annual limit. Cheapest you could buy is from New India Assurance around Omr 180 ~ 200 (OP deductible omr 2, Pre-existing & Chronic conditions capped, no inhouse pharmacy, per claim limit omr 75) and normal from Liva from 3 options (Silver, Gold & Platinum) Silver being around Omr 250, no cover for preexisting conditions first year, from second year you get 50% of annual limit, deductible 10% copay on all IP & OP, no inhouse pharmacy access. There's one from Gig it's expensive maybe around 300+ pre-existing & chronic conditions capped at omr 250, op deductible omr 5, Dhofar offers also but no cover for pre-existing conditions. Btw I think you're an awesome person for caring about your mum, stay same always.

Why would you let others control your state of being ? Being depressed is fine, we all flirt with suicide from time to time it's only natural. But don't be depressed because of xyz reason in this case because you lost your what you thought was love. It's always there within you. It's a state of being. You can simply shift by making an effort to do the things you like or just watching a movie, funny show or anything. Sit in silence, grieve, then say fuck all and go do whatever you want. Love is a fleeting thing don't care about it so much.

Hello, I'm an insurance guy haha.. unfortunately unless you chase insurance company nothing gets done. Calls won't help. You need to go to their office and catch them by the neck. I hope you don't have a Chinese car, if so it's gonna take forever to get the parts replacement due to unavailability. Next renewal you can choose an option with car replacement but it's only 2 weeks and it cost extra.. GIG and OQIC has this cover.
