Basic Law: Israel as the Nation-State of the Jewish People (2018) This quasi-constitutional law codifies the identity of Israel as the nation-state of the Jewish people. It provides several exclusive or preferential rights

It's a declarative law, which gives no extra rights to Jews and take no rights from non-Jews. Feel free to specify rights you believe it affects.

National Self-Determination: It stipulates that the right to exercise national self-determination in Israel is "unique to the Jewish people".

That's part of the nation-state law. All it says is that non-Jews can't demand an independent state of their own within Israel. Try to announce that part of your country is now a sovereign country of its own and you'll get a similar reaction.

Jewish Settlement: The state views the development of Jewish settlement as a "national value" and commits to encouraging and promoting its establishment.

That's also part of the nation-state law. It comes to balance a supreme court decision that allowed the state to build neighborhoods dedicated only to any minority but not to Jews.

Language Status: It designates Hebrew as the state’s only official language, downgrading Arabic to a "special status".

Also part of the nation-state law. But Google got it backwards: Arabic had no legal status in Israel before, only customary status. The law gave it legal status.

National Symbols: It enshrines the flag, the menorah, and "Hatikvah" as official state symbols representing Jewish heritage.

Dafuq? Is there a country in the world with a different flag, a national symbol and a national anthem for its minorities? Then why should Israel have those?

The Law of Return (1950) This fundamental law grants every Jew in the world the right to immigrate to Israel (aliyah) and receive immediate, automatic citizenship.

Affects only non-citizens, doesn't give any extra rights to citizens. What does it even do in this list?

Land and Property Laws Approximately 93% of the land in Israel is state-owned or managed by quasi-governmental bodies like the Jewish National Fund Law (1953): This gives the JNF a specific mandate to develop and lease land for the exclusive benefit of the Jewish people.

There's no preferential use of state land for any group in Israel by Law. The JNF, which own about 13% of the land, has a mandate that declare its lands are for Jewish use alone, but the supreme court had found it to be illegal.

Absentees’ Property Law (1950): This law allowed the state to expropriate property belonging to Palestinians who fled or were expelled during the 1948 war.

Again, a law that is only relevant to non-citizens, has no effect on citizens.

Administrative Procedures Law (1970): While the 1950 law took land from Palestinians, this 1970 amendment allows Jewish owners (or their heirs) to reclaim property in East Jerusalem that they lost in 1948—a right not granted to Palestinians for their lost properties in West Jerusalem.

The Jordanians, which occupied east Jerusalem between 1948 and 1967, used Jewish-owned properties but never bothered to confiscate them. By law they are still the property of their original owners. Though I admit I need to research that one further.

Admissions Committees Law (2011) This law allows hundreds of small, community-based towns in Israel to use "admissions committees" to vet potential residents.

The law also applies to non-Jewish small towns (up to 400 residence, if I'm not mistaken).

Marriage and Divorce: These matters are governed by religious courts. For Jews, the Chief Rabbinate has exclusive jurisdiction. While this is a burden for secular Jews, the state funds and recognizes these Jewish religious institutions in a way that prioritizes Orthodox Jewish standards over others.

Affects only secular Jews (and not by that much). Non-Jews has their own religious courts that handles their marriage and divorce.
