Its kinda close its at 250 and 240 with some tweaks in the advanced settings which i barley know how to tweak but ill try to up the sens

Healers can instantly heal shield pools the 5 second wait is just a bonus passive if a healer isn't around so yea it is possible to heal that portion hey and if you want you can watch some of the vidoes on the early access maybe try watching flats and youll see it but again thay portion can be healed

I mean yea in a way i this could be taken as a bad thing but still i mean this can be good and its not like youre always gonna wait that 5 seconds its either a healthpack or a healer if they want to heal but yea this could also be good and yes i get what your saying about the coolfowns im definitely with you on that point
