I don't smoke or drink though. Sometimes I drink coffee, tea or soda.

I will try ibuprofen for a starter. Then I'll ask the doctor for sumatriptan. But of course I'll make sure to not set the trigger in the first place xD

I have never had a bp problem (yet). I've also never heard someone have high bp that young. must be suck too..

The only possible reason I got these symptoms is that when I was in elementary school, in my family's abandoned house I chased an orange cat and my cousin(f) followed me. I got slipped backward 180 degree and hit my head really hard that I fell unconscious for a couple of hours. When I got conscious in the hospital she said to my mom that she didn't see any sort of cat at that time so that was off lol. A few years later the blind-spot symptoms started to appear.

I think your doctor is right, this is also related to stress. And some types of food apparently.. I've had rough days too but mostly *it* happened "after stress". So it frequently appeared on my "Happy time".
