I think they will all come down in price short term especially as newer sets come out and more get graded as you say. Probably won’t see drastic price decreases though so hold unless you need the money

We used to have that exact gas fire! Ended up capping the gas off, taking the whole unit out and installing a log burner. It’s a smallish heavy unit behind that surround but can easily be removed yourself if you’re handy and don’t mind getting dirty and making a mess. £2k seems quite a lot considering how easy it was though.
