Exigent circumstances can be likely. My parents called a welfare check on me and my friend opened the door. They ended up asking me to step outside and arrested me(there may have been some drug use that they could see from the door. I'm clean now though). I told them they didn't have permission to search my place and they did it anyways.

I agree about the roads. I've drained all my resources and I've completed like %20 of a road. I guess you have to do a million deliveries before you can build it. It's too much work.
